How does it work?
There are three core components that deliver an experiential blended learning experience. These have been specifically designed and rigorously tested so that the powerful ideas have stickability months and years later.
The Time Investment Needed
Half a day for your managers and leaders to meet together with full immersion in the ideas and principles (In Person is preferable)
Two hours to include solo interactive learning and implementation of the ideas with their team over the following 4 weeks, plus one-hour follow-up online interactive session to support the roll out across your teams.
